Gmail

Gmail is the number one reason we chose to get behind Google Apps for business. The Gmail paradigm of utilizing labels and filters enables us to manage hundreds of emails per day. With 25.6 Gigabytes of mail storage for each person we no longer waste time trying to figure out which emails we can afford to delete in order to make room for new ones. Pick the ones you need to take action on and archive the rest. Use Google's powerful computing power to search for those old emails instead of wasting valuable time trying to organize your emails in little folders.

If you are a dedicated Outlook user you're in luck if you use Google Apps Sync and Google Apps for Business. If your hard drive crashes or your computer gets stolen you can replace it and have your Outlook folders, contacts, and calendar appointments restored in an instant.

Google Docs

Collaborate on word processing, spreadsheet, or presentation documents simultaneously with co-workers and clients. Google Docs allows you to open any Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint or PDF attachment from any computer without downloading the file. Once the document is in your Google Docs you can edit it, send it as a link or attachment or as a PDF.

Google Apps for Business also allows you to create calendars for resources in your company such as conference rooms, projectors, etc.

Google Sites

Google Sites allows you to easily create a website such as this one. Users can publish their Google Docs to the site and then simply make changes to their documents in order to update information on the site. Google Sites empowers the least experienced users with an ability to quickly publish and share information privately with a group or publicly as a blog.

Google Video

Google Video is included with Google Apps for Business and allows you to build, manage, and share a library of training videos for internal use in your company.
